# Our Internal Systems

## Our Approach

We believe in giving people the tools and access they need to do great work. Our systems are designed for transparency, simplicity, and trust.

## Okta

We use Okta as our Identity Management System. It is used to manage user identities, authentication, and access to various internal and external systems.

## Google Workspace

**Slack:** Our primary communication tool for day-to-day collaboration

- Use Slack for quick questions, updates, and team discussions
- Set your status to indicate availability
- Use "Out of Office" when you're unavailable

**Email:** For more formal communication and external correspondence

**Other Tools:** We also use Calendar, Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

## 1Password

We use 1Password for other passwords and secrets that aren't contained in Okta or use Google for signin.

## Figma

We use Figma for design, charts, and presentations.
